Strategic Mapping's Business Intelligence (BI) and reporting module collects, stores, and visualizes essential data created by system events, incidents and exceptions, standard business operations, and client defined business rules. All reports and report dashboards can be printed and exported in a wide variety of formats for analysis and presentation.
Our comprehensive suite of reports offer the opportunity to use archived data for examination, which is more time efficient and cost effective than manual data collection. This also enables users to quickly and easily generate custom reports utilizing data points within our system. The module includes a "Push" based email report service which is configurable to include individual users and user groups on a scheduled basis.
